TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Client and Timeless Journeys LLP. By engaging our services, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined herein.

1. Definitions

  • "The Company," "We," "Us": Refers to Timeless Journeys LLP.

  • "The Client," "You": Refers to the individual, family, or entity purchasing or using the services.

  • "Services": Refers to all products and services offered by the Company, including but not limited to Hajj & Umrah packages, Study Abroad consultancy, and Travel & Visit Visa facilitation.

2. Service-Specific Terms, Payments, and Cancellations

2.1. Hajj & Umrah Services

  • Payment: Full, upfront payment for the selected package is required at the time of booking to secure arrangements.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Prior to Process Initiation: A written cancellation request received before the Company initiates the visa, flight, or accommodation process will be eligible for a 90% refund. The remaining 10% is a non-refundable administrative charge.

    • After Process Initiation: Once the visa application has been submitted or any non-refundable bookings have been made, the entire package amount becomes strictly non-refundable.

2.2. Study Abroad Services

  • Initial Consultation: The first consultation session is provided free of charge.

  • Processing Fee: To commence the formal application process, a non-refundable advance of PKR 50,000 is mandatory. This fee covers university shortlisting, documentation guidance, and application submission facilitation.

  • Cancellation Policy: The PKR 50,000 advance is strictly non-refundable once paid, regardless of the application outcome or client withdrawal.

2.3. Visit Visa & Travel Services

  • Advance Fee: For visit visa consultancy and file preparation, a non-refundable advance of PKR 100,000 is required.

  • Cancellation Policy: This advance is strictly non-refundable as it covers initial administrative and consultancy costs.

3. Client Obligations, Warranties, and Prohibition of Fraud

The integrity of our services relies on the Client's honesty. The Client explicitly agrees to and warrants the following:

  • Document Authenticity: The Client warrants that all documents provided to the Company—including academic records, financial statements, employment letters, and personal identification—are authentic, accurate, and legitimate.

  • Prohibition of Fraud: The submission of any forged, altered, or fraudulent document constitutes a material breach of this agreement. In such a case, the Company reserves the absolute right to:

    1. Immediately terminate all services without any refund.

    2. Pursue legal action against the Client to the fullest extent of the law.

  • Indemnification and Liability for Losses: The Client agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless Timeless Journeys LLP from any damages arising from their fraudulent actions. The Client will be held 100% liable for all resulting financial losses, including but not limited to:

    • Forfeiture of any deposits withheld by universities or other institutions.

    • All legal fees and costs incurred by the Company.

    • Compensation for damages to the Company's business reputation and operational standing.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Visa Disclaimer: Timeless Journeys LLP acts as a facilitator. The grant or refusal of any visa is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. We do not guarantee visa approval. All consultancy and visa processing fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.

  • Limitation of Liability: The Company is not liable for losses or damages resulting from events beyond its control, such as airline schedule changes, government policy alterations, political unrest, natural disasters, or client negligence.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

6. Amendments

Timeless Journeys LLP reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be posted on our official website and will be applicable to all new engagements.
